Your responsibilities as Deputy Nursing Service Manager:

As a dedicated manager of the nursing department, you will assist in the professional, organizational and personnel management of the various living areas.
With your organizational skills, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring work schedules in coordination with the nursing service management.
With a focus on the professional development of your employees, you will skillfully deploy them based on their qualifications and personal suitability.
You will ensure sustainable care quality and documentation according to MDK-QPR in close cooperation with residents, family members, the nursing team and other specialist departments.
In individual and group discussions, you will be available to your employees and residents as a contact person to address individual needs.

Your profile as Deputy Nursing Service Manager:

You have completed vocational training in the fields of geriatric care, health & nursing care or health & pediatric nursing.
In addition, you have a degree in nursing or recognition as a nursing service manager according to §71 SGB XI.
