The youngest house of the Frank Wagner Holding, the Fahrenkroen Senior Care and Support Center, is located in Hamburg Bramfeld.

In this forward-thinking residential and care project, around 170 seniors with various care and support needs feel at home.

For FAHRENKROEN in Hamburg - Bramfeld, we are looking for you as of now as a

PHYSIOTHERAPIST (m/f/d)

In full-time or part-time, you ensure the well-being of our residents. You promote their mobility based on their individual needs, taking into account their biographies. Together with your team, you participate in daily structured activities and ensure an active care routine.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting physiotherapeutic measures for people with and without dementia
  • Collaboration with internal and external departments
  • Promoting residents' social participation

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a physiotherapist or a comparable qualification
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Empathy, patience, and sensitivity
  • Enjoy working in a team and with people
  • COVID19 immunity proof in the form of completed COVID19 vaccination
