We are currently seeking a Senior Concept Designer for HUGO Menswear (M/F/d) to join our HUGO Menswear team in Merritt Park, NY.

Are you passionate about fashion and skilled in identifying and researching trends? Join our highly motivated team of experts who are passionate about their work and excited to have you on board.


What you can expect:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Menswear design to create and communicate seasonal concepts, colors, prints, and graphics
  • Proactively implement the brand's strategic vision from concept to customer
  • Develop crossproduct concepts for collections, considering the brand's DNA and working closely with the VP of Design
  • Conduct intensive and ongoing research on market innovations and changes in consumer behavior, with a focus on the GenZ target audience
  • Conduct market and trend research through inspiration trips, trade fairs, and supplier visits
  • Prepare for and participate in global concept briefings, lookbook shoots, global campaigns, showroom setups, collection presentations, and sales meetings
  • Assist in designing and developing collaborations, fashion shows, and special press pieces, in collaboration with the VP of Design
  • Create outfits and styling
