Your Role:

You are a confident salesperson in the Telekom Shop team.

In customer consultations, you convince as a customer understanding expert who strategically uses their expertise to bring our product world to life.

As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, your tasks include:

  • Advising and selling standard products and services and addressing customer concerns
  • Processing customer orders and maintaining data
  • Supporting sales promotion measures in the region

Your Profile:

You have a natural talent for selling technical products and solutions. You handle customer concerns with dedication, know-how, and flexibility, and approach sales conversations with confidence and friendliness. With these skills, you are the perfect fit for us.

You have completed a vocational training or have a comparable qualification and ideally have professional experience in a sales environment.


Furthermore, you possess the following knowledge and skills:

  • Confident demeanor and enjoyment of sales
  • Knowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire it
  • High level of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
  • Willingness to adapt working hours to the standard opening hours and customer traffic
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Sales and negotiation skills
