The Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association is looking for a team member to join in our mission to improve health through the work of Community Health Centers.

We are the non-profit member association for the 17 Wisconsin Community Health Centers.

WPHCA is a highly collaborative organization that provides in-office and work-from-home options, flexible work hours, and an excellent benefits package.

Must reside in or plan to move to Wisconsin. AmeriCorps, Peace Corps, and other national service alumni are encouraged to apply. WPHCA is committed to hiring people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.


This position will coordinate and deliver WPHCA's workforce programming by conducting environmental surveillance, cultivating strategic partnerships, facilitating peer learning networks, and advancing team goals.

Experience

  • 23 years of relevant work experience coordinating people or projects.
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills and experience in facilitating group discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively seek out relationships and opportunities for WPHCA and its members.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
