Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
Your role will involve managing guest inquiries, reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Register guests into the hotel system and verify their information
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Detailoriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism
Hours:
We are currently looking to hire a combo shift which includes a couple of 7am-3pm shifts and a couple of 3pm-11pm shifts each week, with an occasional 10am-2pm shift once a week.
