We are the industry leader in sports graphics and stadium branding.

We help high school, college, and pro teams all over the country turn their bland sports facilities into exciting, high impact, branded identities that electrify their fans.

What you'll do?
We are looking for a Junior Designer to assist our creative team in creating engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of our Art Director to produce high-quality work.
In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you're passionate about design and eager to learn more, we'd like to meet you.
Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company's offerings.


How you'll make an impact:

• Effectively evaluate and manage time, resources and deadlines to produce desired products both individually and as part of a team.
• Willingness to make edits and refine designs until they're perfect
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
• Sign shop experience a strong plus: ability to work with pressure sensitive vinyls and knowledge of various substrates (MDO, Dibond, Coro, etc)
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Use feedback from other designers to improve

What you'll have:

• At least 1 year of experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Teamwork Skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Deadline oriented
• Creativity skills and problemsolving aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of different file types (JPG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, TIF, etc)

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)

Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
