We are looking for a dedicated, motivated Junior HR Manager (m/f/d) for our HR team at our location in Hamburg in full-time. Will you be the one?

As a Junior HR Manager (m/f/d), you will support the strategic and administrative HR area. You are part of an exciting company and through your role, you are a significant factor in achieving our company goals.

  • HR Management - Together with our Senior HR Manager, you will take care of administrative tasks and have our HR mailbox and processes under control: from contract creation and successful onboarding, to maintaining our HR tools and creating employment references.
  • HR Recruiting - You are involved in the entire recruiting process and are actively involved in shaping it. Your tasks include defining job profiles, approaching candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further steps until the contract offer is made.
  • HR Project Management - You support us in various HR projects - from university marketing to employer branding to topics
