- Client Service: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. Translate client requirements into actionable plans, providing timely responses and clearly outlining next steps both to clients and internal teams. Manage scope of work to ensure proper tracking and delivery of all deliverables.
- Project Management: Work closely with the project managers to manage tasks, deliverables and timelines that meet client goals. Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills required.
- Media Management:Partner with Media Planning & Activation teams to stay constantly informed on all media details of fast paced and high volume media client.
- Creative Management: Work with Creative and production team on development and execution of creative materials from inception to full production.
- Effective Communication:Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration between internal and external local or global teams. Facilitate clear and concise communication channels, ensuring seamless information flow across teams.
- Estimates and Proposals: Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals, emphasizing transparency in project scope, costs, and expectations. Collaborate with team members to refine proposals and align them with client needs.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligning with client objectives. Foster a teamwork and knowledge-sharing culture, contributing to the agency's overall success.
- Attention to Detail: Serve as the meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality. Ensure all client interactions and project deliverables meet the agency's exacting standards.
- Problem Solving:Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility, ensuring projects stay on course and objectives are met.
- 3+ years of proven experience in an agency environment, with a track record of successful projects.
- Experience with media, content and video production.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency in project management platforms like Asana; experience with HubSpot and NetSuite is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working autonomously.
- Adept at creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to some travel for this position based on Client meeting needs.
