Salary:
Starting at $18+ based on experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Team player.
Good Math and Mechanical aptitude.
High degree of craftsmanship and good hand skills.
Follow operating procedures, engineering instructions, and other recognized methods of instructions.
Prepare composite surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling.
Choose appropriate primers, paints, and coatings based on the specified requirements.
Masking to flow sheet, blueprints, and drawings.
Ensure final product meets highquality standards and specifications.
Manage and monitor the shelf life of materials, i.e. paints.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines established by the company and regulatory bodies.
Other activities as directed.

Credentials and Experience

Will work on government contracts.
HS Degree or equivalent required.
Proven 3+ years of experience as a painter in automotive bodywork
Proficiency in surface preparation and painting techniques.
Must be US citizen.
