Your mission
- Participation in the ongoing optimization of digital company processes
- Consulting and training of ERP users
- Processing of customer-specific requirements and development of solution concepts
- Monitoring, error handling and optimization of digital interfaces
- Analyzing problems/failures in digital processes and developing solutions
- Individual analysis, evaluation and visualization of company data
Your superpowers
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (all specializations) or comparable education
- In-depth knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing company
- Experience in the administration of ERP systems and digital business processes
- Knowledge of programming
- Knowledge of database analysis
- Responsible behavior in terms of IT security and data protection
- Technical understanding
- Customer orientation
- Strong service mentality, teamwork
