Job Opening: Process Engineer

• Support drawing of various copper and aluminum alloys into single strands and combining them into standardized or custom designs.
• Tackle and resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor by collaborating with Operators and cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing costs, minimizing scrap, and optimizing efficiency on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee Process Engineering projects to ensure optimal performance of production lines.
• Identify and address process-related failures, equipment malfunctions, and downtime on assigned production lines.
• Review equipment and process performance, and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to meet customer demands, quality standards, and cost control measures.
• Identify training needs and facilitate knowledge transfer to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or similar engineering field.
• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume process manufacturing, with expertise in Lean techniques and problem-solving tools.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, quality control, and business systems.
• Background in Metallurgy and SAP knowledge is beneficial.
