Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description:

• Oversee Process Engineering projects to ensure optimal production line performance.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting production efficiency and equipment downtime.
• Upgrade processes and procedures to enhance performance.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer demands and quality standards.
• Implement cost control measures and provide technical training.
• Facilitate the introduction of new processes to production lines.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance initiatives.
• Generate monthly project status reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing with expertise in Lean techniques and problem-solving.
• Experience with fiber optics and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Familiarity with equipment, processes, and business systems.
• Background in Metallurgy and familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
