CCEI USA Inc. is currently looking to hire a Production Supervisor for a full-time position.

Most of the Production Supervisor's time will be spent working directly with the production team and owners in the manufacturing plant.

The specific duties and responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in factory production operations and achieving company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
• Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency and workflow
• Enforcing all safety policies, company policies, and guidelines on the production floor
• Recruits, hires, and trains employees with managements approval
• Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations, ensure profitability, and Implements costsaving strategies and techniques
• Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time
• Contacts appropriate sources for repair issues
• Resolves issues and disputes between manufacturing employees
• Creates and maintains professional schedules
• Evaluates the condition of production equipment
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers
• Compiles and analyzes production records
• Communicates with and assists other manufacturing departments as needed
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping
• Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
• Ensuring that the flow of resources (raw materials) is maintained

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in the electronics manufacturing Industry (Optional)
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Ability to track expenses and compile budget reports
• Broad knowledge of production planning processes
• Strategic planning, strong leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and adhere to effective schedules
• Ability to stand for long periods on solid surfaces
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to complete written reports legibly and accurately
• Strong leadership skills
• Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation
• Able to deal with complex issues in a fastpaced setting
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to speak French is a plus but not mandatory

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Management (preferred)
