We are looking for you as a commercial manager (m/f/d) at our location in Hamburg.

LEONHARD WEISS was founded in 1900 as a pure track construction company. From these origins, an innovative, medium-sized group of companies with over 7,200 employees has developed, which is active in almost all areas of construction.

Our portfolio in structural engineering and structural engineering includes, among other things, the construction, conversion and expansion of industrial and residential facilities, municipal and commercial buildings, as well as infrastructure projects.

Your tasks

  • You create the monthly profit and loss statement for our construction projects together with the project managers and the department management
  • You actively participate in the planning process, create forecasts and provide support for the annual financial statements
  • You take on controlling tasks, conduct steering discussions and are responsible for monthly reporting to the commercial management and the management board
  • You are responsible for reviewing construction contracts from a commercial perspective and advising technical colleagues on legal issues
  • You are the commercial contact person (m/f/d) for the department management, all employees, clients and subcontractors

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education
