    Position: Senior .NET Lead Developer with React Experience

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Lead Developer proficient in React to take charge of our software development team. As a Senior .NET Lead Developer, your role will involve leading the design, development, and delivery of top-notch, scalable, and efficient software solutions using the .NET framework and React. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of software projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions using the .NET framework and React for front-end development.
    • Specialist in the CDO/CLO ecosystem understanding.
    • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of .NET developers to maintain best practices and coding standards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product managers to define technical requirements, project scope, and solution architecture.
    • Drive the integration of React for front-end development within the .NET ecosystem for seamless interaction and optimal performance.
    • Contribute to the entire software development cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the development team by encouraging the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize software applications for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
    • Stay informed about the latest .NET and React technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to integrate relevant knowledge into development processes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer with a strong command of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
    • Demonstrated leadership in a software development environment, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
    • Expertise in designing and developing scalable and high-performance web applications, APIs, and microservices using .NET framework and React.
    • Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for creating robust and maintainable software solutions.
    • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, Angular, or Vue, with a focus on integrating React within the .NET ecosystem.
    • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • A passion for continuous learning and professional growth, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert are advantageous.
