Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care within scope of practice for assigned patients in home health under the direction of a registered nurse within the nursing team.## Must be competent in a wide variety of nursing skills.

Adher to all standards of nursing care and promote a team effort among co-workers.

Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

# Licensure:

# Current Arkansas or Compact State PN License in good standing.#Valid and clean Driver#s License, reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits.# Active personal automobile liability insurance coverage consisting of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury required.

# Experience:

Minimum of one year acute care nursing experience required.# Previous nursing experience in a medical-surgical environment preferred.

# Certification:

# BLS required

## Other:

# Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.# Basic computer knowledge required.# Driving required.
