Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Toyota Technician to join our team at Northridge Toyota in Northridge, California. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission structure in the Auto industry.

The individual in this role will be responsible for performing skilled labor tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of Toyota vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Pay will be distributed on a semi-monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on Toyota vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Toyota vehicles
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues
• Communicate any necessary repairs to the service advisor and obtain approval before completing work
• Use manufacturer resources and training to stay uptodate on Toyota vehicle technology and repair procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet quality and productivity standards set by management
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or trade school certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and follow repair manuals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
