Pay $19 - $21 Per hour


The Work You'll Do:

• Completion of make ready units to Bliven standards and maintains adequate supply of makeready units for the Community.
• Assist with maintenance of grounds such as trash pickup, sweep sidewalks and light landscaping
• Shared Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building interior/exterior
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor air conditioning and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical problems, plumbing problems, minor carpentry and drywall repairs.
• Complete minor roof repairs, rekey locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and corrects the hazard to informs Service Supervisor of the hazard.
• Share oncall duty with Service Supervisor and service team members and is readily available to go the property if needed.
• Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all residents and team members.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Adhere to Bliven Residential Safety Programs, policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

The Skills You'll Bring:

• Reliable transportation
• The ability to work "oncall as needed"
• General knowledge in the following areas; Basic Plumbing, basic Electrical, basic HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances
• Knowledge of building systems
• Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician or work order technician is highly desirable

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
