Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and customize the collaboration software JIRA
Design workflows
Evaluate plugins and new versions
Convert and import data from external sources
Provide guidance and support to users
Train users
Communicate with software manufacturers

Profile:

Completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
Willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to develop innovative solutions
Teamwork, helpfulness, and communication skills
