The role of the Adult Care Facility Nursing Case Manager entails providing professional nursing care to patients within an adult care facility.


Work Schedule:
The workdays for this position are Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
