For our commercial department, located in the center of Stuttgart and currently managing 7 companies, we are looking for a knowledgeable colleague (m/f/d) to join us immediately or at a later date in a full-time position, for example as:

Business Lawyer (LL.B., LL.M.) (m/f/d) for Consumption Taxes

Your tasks:

Leading the processing of consumption taxes (electricity tax, energy tax) and CO2 certificate procurement, sustainability reporting, and other interesting special tasks
Computer-assisted billing based on completed contracts
Support in preparing annual financial statements
Contract management

Your profile:

You have gained solid knowledge in the relevant legal areas (especially contract and corporate law) during your studies and/or in practice
You also have an interest in tax issues
You are proficient in using common MS Office products (especially Excel)
You want to actively
