Education Requirements:


  • AAS preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements:


  • Excellent written, verbal, political and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills including flexibility, creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines, manages people/tasks.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Independently performs analysis, project coordination and project completion that provide and foster a highly productive and effective office of the CMO. Performs a high degree of interaction with physicians and physician leaders.

Principal Responsibilities:


  • Coordinates and maintains calendars, itineraries, travel arrangements, and related materials.
  • Maintains a filing management and tickler system.
  • Opens and distributes mail.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies.
  • Identifies and responds to priorities.
  • Liaison for visitors.
  • Screen telephone calls.
  • Coordinate evaluations.
  • Prioritize and redirect work, inquires, visitors, callers, etc., when the appropriate Senior Leadership Team member is not available.
  • Executes process for monitoring of businesscritical priorities.
  • Prepares, organizes and maintains all documents for function.

Pay Range:
$ $30.32

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.

The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
