    ZPE Systems is currently seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic global team.

    Core Responsibilities:

    The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator role involves handling order fulfillment, product configuration, and warehouse maintenance at our Fremont, California location. We are looking for individuals with diverse skills who are eager to learn, work independently, and collaborate with teams. The key responsibilities include receiving order requests and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands.

    Key Duties:

    • Process purchase orders from customers
    • Manage inventory efficiently for order fulfillment
    • Communicate order status to sales team and customers effectively
    • Maintain clear written and verbal communication for documentation

    Logistics Coordination:

    • Track shipments to various destinations
    • Manage inventory using ERP systems
    • Update data in CRM and ERP systems regularly
    • Understand the sales cycle from quoting to invoicing
    • Ensure on-time delivery by personally dropping off shipments if necessary

    Product Configuration (On-the-job training provided):

    • Develop technical skills and familiarity with tools
    • Gain deeper understanding of ZPE core products within 3-5 months
    • Learn ZPE-specific technical support processes before order fulfillment
    • Configure and update units as needed

    Warehouse Management:

    • Handle items weighing 20-40 lbs. comfortably
    • Securely pack and prepare units for shipping
    • Coordinate shipping details with logistics providers
    • Manage both domestic and international shipments
    • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

    Requirements:

    • Split of tasks: Office (20%), Warehouse (40%), Unit Configurations (40%)
    • Demonstrate high organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Entry-level position necessitates understanding of sales procedures
    • Proficient in using web applications like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, CRM, and ERP
    • Ability to lift 20-40 lbs. boxes and move pallets efficiently
    • Comfortable and skilled in using power tools
    • Efficient multitasker with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
    • Maintain professionalism in all interactions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
