Description

• Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain technical working knowledge of the durable medical equipment (DME) products and services offered by the Company and all applicable government regulations.
• Manage daily deliveries and pickups according to geographic territory to reach service goals.
• Deliver and set up required equipment in the patient's residence in accordance with industry standards.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment as required in accordance with Company's policies.
• Educate patients on proper use and care of DME equipment in a home setting.
• Complete patient delivery and service reports following setup and follow-up visits as required.
• Able to diagnose in resolving patient equipment problems under emergency conditions.
• Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with Company policies and procedures
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicle. Performs routine vehicle maintenance including the checking of gasoline, oil fluids, tire pressure and brakes.
• Able to work independently with excellent customer service and communication skills.
