Description
Our client is a global materials science company dedicated to transforming industries and improving lives. They are currently seeking a Performance Management Specialist to join their Talent Management Team.This pivotal role will be responsible for the design, governance, and functional excellence of the Company's performance management process in alignment with the Enterprise talent strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and monitor Company's performance management process, to include process guidance, performance and development tools, and materials needed for Enterprise cycle delivery (i.e., Enterprise communications, training, reinforcement, and tracking)
- Collaborate with HR team members to execute work, ensure effective integration with other talent processes, and enable us to improve the performance, development, and engagement of talent
- Engage effectively with all key stakeholders and customers to achieve Enterprise goals, alignment, and continuous improvement
- Determine, track, and assess Company's performance management process goals and measures
- Improve the performance management process and tools based on data, insights, metrics, feedback, and best practice research to maximize value and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years work experience specifically leading the design, implementation, and governance of an organizationwide performance management process
- Demonstrated change management skills including the ability to collaborate and influence across stakeholder groups, businesses, leadership levels and regions
- Demonstrated track record of quality orientation (i.e., shows concern for all aspects; checks processes and tasks for accuracy; seeks out opportunities for improving processes, outcomes, or products)
- A history of delivering outstanding results in new or challenging firsttime situations
- Actively demonstrates Company's guiding principles and fosters an environment of inclusion, authenticity, and humility
- Communicates directly and effectively with Associates to resolve challenges regardless of their role or difference of opinion
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to travel 10%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solution
- Experience leading an organizational performance management process change effort
Pay:
Up to $150,000.00 per year
