    Description

    **Position** : Voice Application Engineer I

    **Location** : Cincinnati, OH

    **Job Purpose** **:**

    The Voice Application Engineer I is responsible for delivering UCaaS - CCaaS solutions to business customers.

    **Essential Functions** **:**

    + Project managing the delivery of stand-alone UCaaS solutions

    + Consult, design and implement call flows based on customer requirements

    + Ordering equipment

    + Configuring/provisioning services

    + Scheduling field resources

    + Coordinating number porting

    + Turning up/cutting over services

    + Scheduling customer training

    + Performing various administrative tasks such as:

    + Triggering billing for new/changed services

    + Logging project data

    + Other duties as assigned

    **Education** **:**

    Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    **Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses** **:**

    + Project management, service management or technical certifications are preferred (CAPM, CompTIA, etc.

    **Relevant Work Experience:**

    0 to 2 years in related field

    **Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** **:**

    + Working knowledge of VoIP technologies, carrier circuits, number porting - basic networking

    + Customer-focused

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Good interpersonal skills

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Ability to self-motivate and be productive without direct supervision

    + Excellent computer skills, knowledgeable in MS Office suite

    **Supervisory Responsibility** **:**

    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities _._

    **Work Environment** **:**

    Requires ability to work from home, including a quiet environment and access to adequate internet. Some in-office or customer premises requirements as needed.
