**JITpay is a rapidly growing payment service provider specializing in the logistics industry. Founded in 2016, the JITpay Group digitizes billing and payment processes in logistics. JITpay takes care of the complete performance billing between client and contractor and combines it with a specially developed factoring program, which enables immediate payment for contractors and flexible payment terms for clients. JITpay has its own fully digital factoring company. Currently, JITpay employs nearly 100 people at locations in Braunschweig (DE), Wroclaw (PL), Basel (CH), and Bucharest (RO).

Customer Service Representative for Existing Factoring Business (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing customeroriented support to our existing clients is a top priority for you
  • You develop strategies and negotiate them with the goal of optimizing potential
  • You ensure quality and riskcompliant processing of transactions by continuously checking the economic conditions of your clients and analyzing and managing your engagements
  • You maintain continuous communication with the Market Followup/Risk Management department to ensure riskoriented growth
  • If necessary, you support the sales team in implementing more complex transactions
  • You enjoy visiting your clients onsite to get a comprehensive understanding of their business

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
  • Several years of experience in customer service
  • Indepth knowledge of factoring and familiarity with the logistics industry would be an advantage
