Your main tasks

  • Support, customization and administration of the municipal financial software Infoma
  • Processing and resolution of support cases in direct contact with users and in cooperation with the software manufacturer
  • Consulting, gathering customer requirements and developing implementation concepts, as well as introducing new specialized modules/apps
  • Planning and conducting customer trainings

Your profile

  • Completed administrative training II or career training in non-technical higher service or equivalent degree in business or IT with additional qualification
  • Knowledge of the financial software Infoma desirable
  • IT understanding, knowledge of IT application systems and proficient use of MS Office
  • Solution-oriented thinking
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Trustful, respectful and enjoyment of working in a team
