Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. Flexible hours and a hybrid on-site/off-site schedule Wage starts at $16 an hour plus commission opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Inperson sales and direct marketing
- Willingness to learn
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support operations
- Follow up with clients in a professional manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
- Provide support in office management tasks
- Assist with receptionist duties as needed
Experience:
- Proficiency with the use of computers
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document progress with new leads
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and QuickBooks software is a plus
- Previous experience with sales and marketing would be advantageous
