Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. Flexible hours and a hybrid on-site/off-site schedule Wage starts at $16 an hour plus commission opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Inperson sales and direct marketing
  • Willingness to learn
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support operations
  • Follow up with clients in a professional manner
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
  • Provide support in office management tasks
  • Assist with receptionist duties as needed

Experience:


  • Proficiency with the use of computers
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to document progress with new leads
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and QuickBooks software is a plus
  • Previous experience with sales and marketing would be advantageous
