As a recruiting expert (m/f/d), you will independently analyze the profiles of our experts. With your confident demeanor and negotiation skills, you will convince them of projects and vacancies with our clients. You will also be the first point of contact for our experts before, during, and after their project assignments.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting of IT and engineering professionals and executives for projects with our clients
Approaching candidates through our expert pool and suitable recruiting tools and channels
Ensuring the technical suitability of candidates by reviewing and evaluating application documents/expert profiles and conducting telephone interviews
Organizing and preparing candidates for interviews with our clients
Explaining contract documents
Close collaboration with key account consultants
