Our client is a highly skilled engineering company with decades of experience in technical equipment. They are known for their innovative and fully digital planning of technical equipment in highly complex building structures.


Responsibilities:

  • Management and takeover of HVAC projects during the implementation phase in commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors
  • Object supervision throughout the construction phase until handover to ensure quality and safety
  • Coordination of HVAC planning with the planning team during the execution planning phase (LP5)
  • Knowledge of building automation is advantageous
  • Support, monitoring, technical advice, and first point of contact for our clients during the implementation phase
  • Participation in tenders and contract negotiations
  • Coordination of implementation with other trades
  • Use of BIMoriented tools and other IT tools on the construction site
  • Time and cost control, risk management, and settlement with executing companies
  • Identification of contractual performance deviations and initiation of corrective measures

Qualifications:

  • Engineer, technician, or master in HVAC with at least 3 years of professional/construction site experience
  • Familiarity with building law, VOB, and technical regulations
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project)
  • Professional appearance and assertiveness
  • Flexibility, structured, analytical, and resultsoriented work style
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, persuasiveness, and resilience
  • Willingness to travel and high level of commitment required
