Your Mission

  • Realize projects: Implementation of projects in the field of technical facility management
  • Inspire for technology: You coordinate, plan and monitor the operation, maintenance and repair of technical building equipment and are responsible for the flawless functioning of the building complex at all times
  • Tackle tasks: Ordering, instruction and coordination and monitoring of externally awarded maintenance and repair work as well as technical support for our shift employees
  • Drive progress: Identification of weaknesses in technical systems and development and implementation of continuous improvement proposals (CIP management)
  • Ensure communication: Spokesperson for the customer; Technical contact for our employees on site during maintenance and repairs as well as for new and conversion projects

Your Profile

  • Education: Master (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or completed studies in electrical engineering or completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d), energy electronics technician (m/f/d)
  • Experience: First experience in building and technical management, supply technology or technical facility management desirable
  • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
