    Overview:

    Art House is an innovative augmented reality (AR) startup dedicated to amplifying how brands connect with their audiences. We provide AR-as-a-service, enabling brands to host, publish, and distribute digital content into the physical world, fully app-less; the "Squarespace for AR."

    As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and drive our operational growth.

    Position Description:

    The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a pivotal member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring the effective execution of our strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will play a critical role in scaling our operations, optimizing performance, and leading our transition from an early-stage startup to a later-stage SaaS company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    (1) Operational Strategy and Execution

    > Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

    > Design and establish business operations and policies that promote company culture and vision.

    > Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of executives in IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other

    departments.

    (2) Leadership and Management:

    > Grow, lead and motivate an operational team to foster employee engagement and develop a high-performing

    managerial team.

    > Provide mentoring and support to team members, encouraging collaboration and innovation.

    > Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

    (3) SaaS Growth and Development:

    > Leverage experience in scaling SaaS operations from early to later stages.

    > Implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

    > Optimize subscription models and pricing strategies to enhance revenue.

    (4) Financial Performance:

    > Assist the CEO in fundraising ventures and manage relationships with partners/investors.

    > Develop financial and operational strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

    > Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes.

    (5) Process Improvement:

    > Optimize internal processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

    > Identify opportunities for automation and streamline operational workflows.

    > Implement best practices across the organization to improve overall performance.

    (6) Technology and Innovation:

    > Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in augmented reality and related technologies.

    > Collaborate with the product development team to ensure operational readiness for new product launches and

    updates.

    > Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.

    (7) Risk Management:

    > Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

    > Develop and maintain crisis management plans.

    Qualifications:

    > Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role in a high-growth SaaS company.

    > Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.

    > Experience in scaling SaaS operations from early to later stages.

    > Experience in fundraising and investor relations.

    > Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.

    > Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

    > Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

    > Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

    > Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced

    degree is preferred.
