- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Human Resources:
- Collaborate with HR and Plant Manager for local recruiting
- Handle onboarding training and document control
- Logistics Coordinator:
- Utilize Infiltrator Order and Scheduling System for efficient product shipment
- Oversee timely and accurate product deliveries to customers
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and manage contracted drivers
- Prepare various operational reports and resolve logistical issues
- Research carriers to optimize freight costs
- Handle paperwork, manage Billing of Lading, and resolve credit holds
- Purchasing Coordinator:
- Identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Create purchase orders and handle indirect spending
- Manage orders and paperwork for inventory items and services
- Inventory Coordinator:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Tools for efficient inventory management
- Inspect and manage quality of incoming materials
- Oversee spare parts inventory and raw material receipts
- Support production plans and ensure operational compliance and efficiency
- Assist with EHS responsibilities and certification requirements
- Handle inventory transactions and operational KPI management
- Proficiency in Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong cooperation and teamwork skills
- Effective judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills with diverse audiences
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency for team success and efficiency
- High school diploma, Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Experience with MRP systems, Oracle/JD Edwards knowledge is advantageous
- Prior experience in logistics and freight industry
- Hands-on experience beneficial for manufacturing operations
