GENERAL OVERVIEW OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*Complete a job from start to finish

*Read and understand plans that are given

*Understand the product/service and be aware of changes in the product/service

*Oversee and train laborers that are assigned to the project

*Communicate accurate paperwork to the office

*Project knowledge of layout and build

*Operate all equipment

• Oversee material purchasing and delivery to job sites
• Maintain a professional, clientfocused attitude to establish/maintain positive, cooperative, working relationships with customers

WHAT WE NEED OUT OF YOU:

• 3-5 years of previous landscape/hardscape construction experience

*Keen knowledge of hardscape projects and/or general construction

*Understanding longer, more details projects

*Professional customer service skills/communication

*Ability to lead a crew of workers throughout entirety of a project

*Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record

*Able to manage a crew of 2-3+ crew members at a given time

*Must be reliable, honest and go above and beyond when situation warrants

*Physically capable, ability to work in fast paced, hands on environment

*Ability to operate commercial vehicles, larger mechanical equipment and pulling trailers.

*Snow plowing and salting experience a plus

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Construction Experience: 3 years (required)


License/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)
