What to expect:

  • As a specialist in the care service, you are responsible for the care and support, individual guidance, accompaniment and documentation of the development of our residents.
  • You will coordinate content-related topics together with the residential management and therefore be in constant exchange.

What we expect:

  • A completed training as a social care worker (m/f/d), educator (m/f/d), health and nursing care worker (m/f/d) or elderly care worker (m/f/d).
  • Interest in working with people with disabilities.
  • Ideally, professional experience in caring for people with disabilities.
  • Willingness to contribute, think along and develop creative problem-solving strategies.
  • Willingness to take responsibility.
