Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures team members adhere to BSA/AML regulations for guest satisfaction.
- Enforces security and accountability of enterprise funds.
- Manages staffing, time off, and performance evaluations.
- Handles guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conducts investigations and responds to exceptions found.
- Assists with audits and recommends improvements.
- Ensures compliance with safety requirements and emergency plans.
- Performs other assigned duties supporting department operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Interviews, hires, trains, plans, assigns work, evaluates performance, and resolves issues.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Min. 3 years of related career and managerial experience.
- Knowledge of cash management, AML Compliance, and Internal Controls.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in data analysis and flexible task performance.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:
May require a gaming license as per San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission.
