Under the direction of the Cage Operations Senior Manager, the Manager of Cage Operations is responsible for overseeing all cage activities, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring a top-notch experience for guests.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensures team members adhere to BSA/AML regulations for guest satisfaction.
  • Enforces security and accountability of enterprise funds.
  • Manages staffing, time off, and performance evaluations.
  • Handles guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Conducts investigations and responds to exceptions found.
  • Assists with audits and recommends improvements.
  • Ensures compliance with safety requirements and emergency plans.
  • Performs other assigned duties supporting department operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Interviews, hires, trains, plans, assigns work, evaluates performance, and resolves issues.


Education/Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Min. 3 years of related career and managerial experience.
  • Knowledge of cash management, AML Compliance, and Internal Controls.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and flexible task performance.

Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:

May require a gaming license as per San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission.
