HOW A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- Provide high-level strategic guidance to hiring managers on strategies, collaboration, and solutions for their business portfolios
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of GDIT's functional domains and organizational dynamics by fostering relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, Compensation Analysts, and Recruiters
- Develop innovative strategies based on the latest recruitment trends research to offer insights to management on optimizing and incorporating these trends into daily operations
- Proactively monitor key metrics to ensure the achievement or surpassing of set objectives
- Establish talent pipelines in various key areas (e.g., Business Development Executives, Capture Management, Solution Architects, Finance, Contract Administrators, Subcontract Administrators, Proposal Managers, etc)
- 12+ years of Recruiting Experience with a High School Diploma
- Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach suited for a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in virtual team environments
- Regular consultations with hiring managers, initiating requisition kick-off talks to comprehend and accurately post requisitions reflecting position requirements
- Ensure competitive, internally equitable, and feasible compensation offers
- Conduct compensation analysis, review offers with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation Analysts, and extend offers upon approval
- Proficient in using research tools like social media and other specialized sourcing platforms
- Ability to learn and utilize web-based applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday)
- Organized with excellent prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment
- Capable of delivering reports and analytics on staffing statuses, providing management and hiring managers with insightful updates
- Prior experience in government contracting recruitment
- Skilled in using MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, HIRE EZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards
- Willingness to work at Falls Church, VA office at least one day per week and as needed for interviews and career events
