We, Lebenshilfe Wiesbaden e.
V., have been supporting people with disabilities and their families since 1961.

With a wide range of services from early intervention to inclusive daycare and various living arrangements, we care for around 400 people in and around Wiesbaden.

As a Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to become part of our team and shape the individual support of our clients.

In our newly built residential house in Dotzheim, the Rolf-Wachendorff-Haus for intensive supported living, a total of 16 adults with particularly challenging behavior will live in three residential groups.

A majority of the clients will also attend our in-house day care center.

We work in cooperation with TEAM Autismus from Mainz.

We receive training in TEACCH (r) and autism, have monthly case supervision sessions, and work together to develop the further conceptual orientation of the residential groups.

In addition, you will receive training in de-escalation management from PRODEMA and have the opportunity to further develop as a specialist in a stimulating atmosphere.
