As a Middle/Wheel Person, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and delivered with love to our guests.

You will need to be a leader for us

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

Primarily a food plating and presentation position
Need to be quick at reading and organizing tickets

- great communication skills and willingness to help others working well with expeditor and servers
- keep cook team calm and on the same page
- staying calm under high pressure is key to this position
