    Engineering Manager:

    As our team grows we are looking for a mindful, empathetic self aware experienced individual with a technical background to lead one of our engineering teams.

    You will play a key role in the overall success of the team by managing and mentoring. You will oversee various projects, budgets, and hiring processes.
    Our core stack includes - JavaScript / TypeScript / / React / MongoDB / SQL / Docker / Kubernetes / / GCP

    What You'll Be Doing:
    Estimate scale and difficulty of projectsManage development resources effectively to deliver quality results on timeDrive developer happiness and professional growthMaintain high standards of code quality and reviewMake architectural decisions for new products
    We're
    Looking For Someone With:2+ years of software management experienceGood interpersonal skillsGood written communication skills5+ years of software development experienceManaged a team of at least 5 direct reports previously
