- Provide legal support and guidance
- Assist with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings
- Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents

As an Associate Attorney, you work with a member or senior attorney on each case you are assigned. Tasks will include drafting business and transactional documents, assisting with cases in litigation. i.e. preparing/responding to discovery, attending court, and performing legal research.
We are looking for someone who different, dynamic, and determined who can aggressively represent our clients' interests and positively represent the brand and image of Ebony Law.
