As an Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, represent clients in various legal proceedings, and provide expert legal advice.

You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to delivering top-tier legal services.
The attorney will be working on broad based corporate transactional matters, including entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, financing, real estate, etc
This role will involve drafting of corporate contracts and real estate documents
The attorney hired for this position will work directly with law firm partners
3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in law
~ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
