While our nursing team focuses on providing intensive care for our residents, you will oversee and share responsibility with the nursing management for the quality and satisfaction of all involved parties as the Deputy Director of Nursing.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the primary caregivers in planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating individual care needs, as well as participating in quality management.

You will also provide training and guidance for new employees, particularly in quality assurance processes.

As the Deputy Director of Nursing, you will coordinate, lead, and manage processes within the facility, assist in creating balanced and sustainable schedules, ensure adequate staffing, and handle any necessary adjustments due to absences or other circumstances.

In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will also oversee and monitor care and support processes, taking into account legal regulations and nursing standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have completed training as a geriatric or health and nursing care professional, and preferably have a degree in a nursing field or a further education in nursing management or quality assurance.

You should also have the ability to assess and evaluate situations and problems, enjoy planning and organizing, and have extensive experience in documentation and care planning.

A team-oriented mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to improve are also essential qualities. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude towards working with older adults and their families, and possess a motivating and cooperative leadership style that inspires employees to work towards common
