Description

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. TRG is seeking an Analyst to join our team in supporting the General Services Administration (GSA). We are currently seeking an Analyst with strong MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau knowledge/skills.

This position is currently telework/remote but may require occasional on-site working at the TRG Headquarters in Tysons, VA and client site in Washington, DC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide federal acquisition strategy support by engaging with the customer and program stakeholders.
Facilitate and coordinate meetings with program stakeholders and customers. This includes logistics arrangements, agenda preparation, notetaking, and updating presentations.
Assist in conducting cost and price analysis.
Develop, maintain, and distribute routine data reports consisting of program metrics. Conduct market research of products to ensure fair pricing utilizing government systems.
Assist with market basket analysis and justification of award documentation
Prepare reports and Tableau dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Respond to ad hoc inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and help with extracting data to create reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience is required.
Must be eligible for Public Trust Security Clearance.
Relevant work experience in federal acquisitions, supply chain management, financial management, financial analysis, or data analysis
Demonstrate written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived
Strong understanding and knowledge with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Sites)
Strong MS Excel skills including the ability to perform functions such as lookups, if statements, pivot tables
Ability to creating, developing, update, and publish interactive Tableau dashboards based on customer requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate tasks and milestones effectively Must be eligible for a Public Trust Security Level
Knowledge or experience with SQL or JavaScript is desired but not required
