- Analyze KPIs and metrics to meet daily production goals
- Create production reports and monitor continuous improvement
- Analyze and implement updates for equipment and machinery
- Ensure GMP compliance and develop SOPs
- Manage a shift, oversee staff training, safety, cleanliness, and disciplinary actions
- Manage Finished Goods Labeling, Filling, Packaging, and Case Sealing
- Collaborate with Package Engineers and Customer Service
- Manage daily operational goals and production metrics
- Analyze production gains and losses
- Oversee labeling, filling, and packaging procedures efficiently
- Plan and coordinate materials for shift operations
- Review production reports, identify weaknesses, and propose solutions
- Participate in creating capital plan and equipment implementation reports
- Engage with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Customer Service, and Planning
- Adhere to GMPs, SOPs, and maintain safety and cleanliness
- Hire, train, monitor staff, and handle disciplinary actions
- Communicate with senior management on quality and production metrics
- Strong project management, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in maintaining quality and safety standards in packaging operations
