The Staff Development Coordinator plans, organizes, coordinates, executes and evaluates the continuing education and staff development programs designed to improve the quality of care of all residents in the Maine Veterans' Homes.

This position also manages the Home's Health and Safety Program.

Experience and Skills:

Degree from an accredited nursing program required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
Must possess and maintain a valid and current RN license by the Maine State Board of Nursing
