We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic person with a passion for R&D execution excellence.


Responsibilities:


Lead the advancement of program execution capabilities across all phases of the development lifecycle to deliver an optimized and predictable flow of value to our customers.

Define, implement, and maintain cutting edge program and project management standards, metrics, and practices for R&D efficiency, effectiveness, and measurable success.

Leverage PRISM, The Global Business Units program management and execution system, to drive performance to plan and accelerate time to revenue through data driven action.

Design and implement a scalable customer centric framework that addresses the needs of all solution types and complexities. Implement execution models that will drive exemplary TQRDC. Lead cross function R&D Execution Excellence Initiatives working closely with key stakeholders ensuring alignment and timely delivery of outcomes. Build strong partnerships across ADI to ensure a collaborative environment that delivers optimum business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement in optimizing systems, processes, and best practice.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Operations or other relevant.

10+ years of experience in Business, Project Management, Operations, Strategic Quality management or a field related to the knowledge and abilities.


  • Subject matter expert in Program and Project management with demonstrated impact in managing complex, enterprise programs.
  • Broad end-to-end knowledge of the product development lifecycle processes. Experience with Digital eco-systems.
  • Creative, innovative, and driven to explore new ways to address challenges.
  • Results orientated with strong planning and organizations skills; must be able to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, drive progress of activities and deliverables to closure.
  • Ability to drive change and build strong partnerships to collaborate effectively across ADI
  • Proven ability in motivating teams and leading cross functionally through influence
  • Excellent communication skills and developing and delivering presentations.
  • Proven ability in delivering insights from data in a synthesized and actionable way.
  • Team leadership and talent development experience.
