I am looking for a Visual Marketing Designer (m/f/d) for my client, a well-known young fashion retailer, for a permanent position with my client (no temporary work).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for successful product presentation in the store
Analyzing and controlling store layout and identifying areas for improvement
Planning and conducting visual merchandising trainings for store team
Customer consultation and sales

Requirements:

Completed design and/or business education
Several years of experience in visual merchandising
Creativity and sense for trends
Experience in conducting trainings is desirable
Proficient in working with business metrics
Strong planning and organizational skills
Passion for fashion and identification with the brand
Teamwork, communication skills, and flexibility
